  • The Westchester Chapter of SCORE, Counselors to Small Business, is now offering on-premises free and confidential counseling to owners of small businesses. SCORE Counselors, at no charge, will meet at your place of business to help with problems or concerns in most business areas, including sales and marketing, financing, strategic planning, personnel management.   • The Small Business Training Network, sponsored by the Office of Entrepreneurial Development has a range of courses from Government Contracting, How to Start a Business, Assessing Financial Needs - even a course on How to Write A Business Plan presented by Trump University ( as in The Donald).
